Step-By-Step Guide

Step 1: Grab the Appropriate Tube

  • The minute you wake up: Use the tube with the YELLOW dot. Note the time you woke up and the time you collected the sample in a notebook.
  • 30 minutes after you wake up: Use the tube with the PINK dot.
  • Around 8:00 PM: Use the tube with the BLUE dot.

  • REMEMBER: Do not eat, smoke, or brush your teeth between the yellow and pink sample

Step 2: Collect Your Saliva Sample

  • Uncap the top from the tube.
  • Roll the cotton swab in your mouth for 2 minutes.
  • Put the swab back into the tube and close the cap.

Step 3: Complete the Tasks on ZEMI

  • Take a photo of the tube using the ZEMI app
  • Complete the questions on the ZEMI app

  • Store the tube with your saliva sample in the freezer
